New York musicians Hugh Curtin and Michael Richards are multi-instrumentalists and composers of rock and progressive rock music. CRP have 8 albums including TheRoad Home For Christmas which is available on all streaming media sites. The collaboration began, at Hugh’s insistence, in 2015. Hugh would venture down to Lava Lamp Studios with backing tracks and Michael adding guitar tracks. As time passed we became more serious about our compositions and soon began to to implement the studio to greater effect. Eventually, orchestral parts became an integral element in our music, as it remains today. The great Artie Hoar, and even super bassist George Hoar joined us on Sacred Eyes, followed by Loud Whisper. Gene Garnes then premiered those 2 songs on WBXO Radio which he put into heavy rotation. That really put the ball in motion. Then we realized Hugh had a powerful voice as heard on Greed and Waste and The Next Step. We continued with a series of instrumental songs after which Artie joined again on Carry On. We remain a vocal and instrumental duo with many songs in progress.
